Shipping & Costs

We offer FREE shipping for Europe (excl. islands) and United Kingdom (UK) on all orders over € 75,- or more for all orders.

For orders under € 75,- we charge a flat fee for:
Europe* (EUR) € 6,50 (3-5 delivery days)
Europe islands* (EUR) € 7,95 (3-7 delivery days)

*European countries we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Orders placed before 15:00 pm EST should be received within 3-5 business days (Europe). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Shipping outside Europe can take up to 10-12 business days. We have products that ship from the US. If you live in the US the shipment is 3-5 days.

Return & Exchange policy

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested on our Return page. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Drop the package off at a local post location and send to the return address. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product(s).

Warranty & Complains

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

iDeal

When you pay with iDEAL you will be directed to the secure payment environment of STRIPE. Your information will be sent via a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS).

Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24

When you pay with Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, Giropay, or Przelewy24, you will be directed to the secure payment environment STRIPE. Your information will be sent via a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS).

PayPal

You can pay with or without a PayPal account (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express). Your information will be sent via a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS).

Creditcard

When you pay with your Creditcard you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of Mollie Payment. Your information will be sent via a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS). We will not store any creditcard information.

Bank Transfer

If you do not have a bank account that is suitable for any of the available payment methods, you can also pay by bank transfer. Transfer the total amount of your invoice to the Humanity Fashion bank account stating the order number. As soon as your payment is received, we will process your order.
